Grievance scholars panicking, claiming it would be just as easy to get hoax papers accepted in the harder sciences. Fine. Go ahead and try to get one published in the main journals I review for: 'Intelligence' or 'Evolution and Human Behavior'. Let's see how it goes.

Hoax papers with fabricated data but with real reasoning and (claimed) methodologies? Or hoax papers that are intentionally written to be total nonsense (or worse)? Not the same thing.
It's much harder to defend against fabricated data than against patent nonsense -- but harder sciences are even trying to do that with pre-registration, open-access data, etc.
