I work in behavior genetics, and I have seen no rational criticisms of twin & adoption studies that haven't been refuted already. What 'flaws' are you referring to?

Jay Joseph is a nut. Having something published is not a sure indicator of quality. There's a guy out there that claims that humans are a hybrid of pigs and chimps, but, hey, despite the superficial plausibility, he is mistaken.
