There are many criticisms one could make of these hearings, but this is just silly. Every psych professor I know refers to themselves as a 'psychologist' sometimes, and if California has some weird and stupid guild-protecting law against it, so what?

Almost nothing in Ford's testimony is possible to validate or invalidate, so we have to go with what can be fact-checked. Or, as the Democrats told Kavanaugh: Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus.
