When first allegation came out and it was still anonymous, I considered that both might be telling the truth - the assault had occurred, just like the accuser said; and the accused (by virtue of being very drunk) might not remember that it had occurred so believed it hadn't /1

but all that went our the window as soon as the denials became a cover-up. People who know they're innocent would BEG for an investigation that would exonerate them. The fact that they refused an investigation and witness testimonies to me only proved his guilt.

I see a lot of tweets about an investigation, but very little about what they would actually investigate. The people in question deny it, she didn’t tell anyone at the time, nobody knows where or when it happened, and it was 37 years ago. So... what are we looking for?

How about a polygraph for Kavanaugh? For Mark Judge? How about interviewing witnesses about their behavior at the time? How can you know what will turn up, unless you look?
