Art. XXVII S 213 “The congress shall be invested with the authority to advise and regulate citizen’s diets in conjunction with whatever food industry happens to spend the most money on lobbying” idk sounds clear to me.

Government dietary advice was already beginning to undergo a kind of regulatory capture during the salesmanship of large food contracts supplying the military during WWII. It's when nutrition research really began. Mostly solid, credible work at first, but quickly .. (etc.)

I think you can get a government approaching ”hivemind, lets figure out what is best gor all of us in the hive” but earlier on government was mainly” i want to be gucking glorified snd lazy, snd hove uou do it sll orI’ll kill you”. Sweden is somewhat former now.

I'd be much more likely to support this is big food companies, "nutrition businesses" and fast food were to get out of the mass advertising to/manipulation of impressionable children business.
