As a wedding photographer who has to listen to it EVERY. SINGLE. WEDDING. -- 24k Magic by Bruno Mars. It's the wedding industry's guaranteed "Gets everyone dancing, from grandma to trashy Debbie who weird Uncle Steve brought" song. "That's What I Like" is a close second.

I don't know, "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" would be my vote for danciest Abba song. (Though that may just be because I love "Hung Up" by Madonna, which borrows that catchy melody-ish thing from Gimme Gimme Gimme.)
