  I remember the first time I heard Badmotorfinger. It was such a relief after the meaninglessness of hair-metal. Though it’s cute now, one can only take so much spandex-clad, ‘baby-baby, party-party’ pablum... Soundgarden was like a clean wind, blowing away the scent of aquanet.
