I've focused on both genomics for my PhD, and postdoctoral neuroimaging work focusing on emotional processing in the brain. The notion that childhood experience doesn't apply here is ludicrous. The best mental health professionals realize that genes and environment matter.

So epigenetics doesn’t exist to you? Or you have a modified view of it?

Epigenetics is mostly an overhyped buzzword that doesn't explain even a fraction of the variance in traits.
