I have always wondered about this. Selling arms to Saudi is not a partisan issue. People from all spectrums oppose it. Yet everyones favourite political candidate from Obama to Trump sells these weapons and no-one bats an eyelid.

I thought you were more knowledgeable than this. Saudi Arabia is not a theocracy. It's an absolute monarchy where the rulers have created a waning/waxing role in government for religious leaders. The court system's basis in Sharia long pre-dates the monarchy.

Iran is far more an official theocracy. It's also far more active AS A STATE to sponsoring terrorism in that region, particularly against U.S. forces operating there.
