Tech support query: Got a new monitor for Windows 10 PC. Now when I open any folder or Chrome window, it opens in the far upper left corner of the screen, not where I was using it last. Annoying. No good advice online. Any suggestions for fixing this? Thanks.

Drag the folder to the place where you were using it last. The next time you open the folder it will probably be there.
