I agree that educational enrichment for all students will help, but that requires better resources. My point is that we need to target a whole nexus of societal outcomes at once, not just cognitive enhancement.
Why do you assume 'educational enrichment' is the the most effective form of cognitive enhancement? If we had invested 1/100th as much in good nootropic development as in misguided educational reforms, we'd already have effective cognitive enhancements.
