PS yes, it's expensive ($75 hardback), but that's typical for university press books. Hopefully there will be a cheaper paperback in a bit....

Oh, this is perfect! Lately I have been thinking that 50% or more of the DSM might have to be re-written or thrown out altogether if evolutionary thinking was considered in any serious way during their assessment of mental illness. Can't wait to read it.
