You're calling out the *National Centre for Institutional Diversity* for asking applicants to state their credentials with regards to institutional diversity? And using that as evidence of left-wing academic *dog whistling*? That's just... daft.
Those diversity ideology requirements are now standard for most academic jobs, not just diversity centers.
They are still not standard in Philosophy. But I am guessing they will be in five years, tops.
