This is almost as bad as seeing a social scientist/ philosopher stumble upon the entire field of physics, and casually propose the way forward.

He was being facetious. Aside from that though, saying something with the 1st amendment does not make it true. If we treat what everyone says as true, then that gives justification to racism, sexism, etc

I know, yet Geoffrey said "The 'Truth Force' is called the First Amendment," This implies that everything said under the first amendment is true, and I disagree with that assertion. He took a facetious comment as literal, so I did the same with his comment.
