FWIW Germany already has some form of this rule. And obviously they are fairly successful. There may be downsides (eg it may work well for manufacturing based capitalism, but impede more dynamic companies?), but probably isn't end of world.

So.. we don’t need Elizabeth Warren. She’s a fake, a liar, a panderer and has no idea what she’s talking about. She wants to crash the market to punish executives and hand over reigns to unions with pitchforks. Clueless.

C'mon big guy, we just had a discussion the other day. Why so fiercely against an opposing idea. What is your evidence that she's a liar, a fake, or whatever else your claiming. I dont think there is any issue with her attempting to hold big business accountable.
