The alt-right is dying, but it still accomplished terrible things. It created room for more race-baiting. It made good people feel afraid. It killed. It distorted the GOP. It got close to the Oval Office. It revealed rotten, dark hearts in the conservative movement.
It reminded us that Democrats don't have a monopoly on Identity Politics.
