Nice table! The current prog march into the corporation is turning informal folkways & mores into formal Taboos & Laws. Complaining about this is depicted as rejection of the folkway ("I was bought up to be polite"), when it's actually trying to preserve it

But if companies do violate (2) according to someone's/a group's standard, it doesn't mean they have to listen to the complaints. It might be beneficial to listen, but media publications/platforms are still free to act in their own interests, including the ability to censor.

The First Amendment should be a floor for the level of support we grant to free speech, not a ceiling. Free speech should be valued far beyond the bare minimum protections of 1A.
