Private businesses are under zero obligation to be a pulpit for hate speech or any other kind of speech. Jones et al can launch their own websites if they want. The congressman voiced this entirely reasonable opinion.
Private businesses are under whatever obligations their customers and other stakeholders impose on them through economic, social, and moral pressures. We should impose that pressure on them to defend free speech by all.

That’s true! Jones is a tough sword to fall on though. I’d like to highlight once again that nobody’s constitutionally protected free speech was infringed upon by Jones being banned.
