Challenge for the night: Define 'hate speech' so precisely & objectively that: 1) you would instantly recognize when people who share your ideology are saying hateful things against people who don't, and 2) a biased censor couldn't use it to shut down ideologies they dislike
So, hypothetically, if Planned Parenthood promotes abortion to eliminate the population of undesired fetuses, is that 'hate speech'?

if fetuses are defined as people yes. As they aren't, no. In a country where fetuses are given full-human rightsOF COURSE being pro abortion is hate speech. Like asking for a law to eliminate racial minorities legally would be.
