Challenge for the night: Define 'hate speech' so precisely & objectively that: 1) you would instantly recognize when people who share your ideology are saying hateful things against people who don't, and 2) a biased censor couldn't use it to shut down ideologies they dislike

if fetuses are defined as people yes. As they aren't, no. In a country where fetuses are given full-human rightsOF COURSE being pro abortion is hate speech. Like asking for a law to eliminate racial minorities legally would be.
