If you're troubled by the implications of purging Alex Jones, the conventional right-libertarian view on unfettered free enterprise doesn't provide any recourse. Either they're private companies and can do what they want, or they have public obligations à la utilities. Pick one
Or you could be a private company with actual ethics and accountability to your shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, retailers, etc. There's more to culture than law.

It's also a legal aspect here, as big tech companies are de facto monopolies with essential service to the society. So yes, I guess it's their legal duty to ensure due process at least, and maybe even to be bound by the 1st amendment

Well, Facebook and YouTube are my only marketing channels. Not only mine - I know lots of lawyers and other small businesses that totally depend on big tech. Do you know other mainstream media channels?
