Good question. Don't know but, combin. of genetic profiling, analysis of behavioral history, psychometric tools, psychedelic therapy etc. could be used as tools to screen them out. Similarly not just anybody can be come a commercial airplane pilot or allowed 2 b a psychotherapist

Good question, don't know. But making a public list available for anybody to c; who is a pssbly dangerous ppath would help inform ordinary people from not interacting with them. Big part of damage psychopaths causes is only possible, because there are shadows for them to hide in.
