"Harassment may include sexual solicitation, physical advance, or verbal or non-verbal conduct that is sexual in nature." Does this mean any sex is harassment? @ASAnews
How could a young researcher who grew up in another culture, and came to the US for a post-doc, possibly know what these euphemisms mean? How could someone from Brazil, Nigeria, India, or Saudi Arabia guess what 'non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature' actually includes?
