Also, imagine they take the Simulation Hypothesis seriously, and have a somewhat different model of the programmer(s) and their intentions than you do....

They're be more interesting if their models weren't absurdly specific and testably wrong... But, I do like that framing. And I suspect I will make use of it.

Does the simulation only exist from an observers perspective? As in the simulation only exists when something perceives it? Anything an observer cant see is not rendered? Any new discorverd interior is renderded based off mental expectations?
