Realistically, but sadly, the only way to overcome Twitter's political bias in 'quality filtering' might be for conservatives to block and report far-Left accounts much more often than they've bothered to do so far.
Or twitter could just turn it off and then inform/give users the ability to turn it on manually if they want to?

which i never do. no matter who calls me coon uncle tom, etc. its such a faggy move. but you have a very valid point. twitter may review the report from a conservative and take no action though, only acting on reports from outraged libs to shadow ban a conservative account.
That may not work. Twitter rejects many reports against leftists - saying their abuses don't violate standards, while blocking conservatives reported by liberals, whether justified or not. They're also likely to adjust the filter's algorithm to compensate for more blocking by us.
