      I agree with you - but we're having a real problem now where not enough sane people on the left are willing to say no to the lunatics on the left. Radicals are the squeaky wheel getting greased all too often.

      You're right, it's only proposed. Still, the proposed bill *does* provide for jail up to six months and fines up to $1,000 per straw handed out illegally. Hand out four straws to a table and you could spend 2 years in jail.
