Reads like word-salad. For one thing, your beef with the NYT has little relevance with what the article is saying (and considering how Robert Plomin has a similar view, you're gonna need to bring more than rhetoric). Its real knee-jerky reaction, and a close-minded one too.

Second, you're going to have to define what you mean by "propaganda" for it to not read like a thought-terminating cliche. Models that actually try to cover what propaganda is stress saturation and its systemic nature: just having a bunch of opinions you don't like doesn't count.
