Without looking it up, do you know what a 'pair bond' is?
-
-
Don Symons cautioned against using "pair bonding" to explain human sexual evolution. E.g., loss of estrus mainly helped females secure male investment by confounding paternity certainty; pair bonding was merely a byproduct.
-
Phylogenetic analyses suggest pair-bonding evolved first, followed by concealed ovulation and greater paternal investment.

Not so sure about that. Titles which people have little or no knowledge about create intrigue. It’s also short and relatively unique (as a book title) so if it speaks to the major and interesting premise in the book then it could work really well.
