What they call the 'awareness' criterion is a euphemism for woke values. As is their description of the 'niceness' criterion.

MBA programs are simply not that politically fraught - nothing like what other areas of the academy have become. Tuck's website spells out what is meant by "awareness" and it's not about politics, it's about being self-aware, giving/receiving feedback, anticipating biz trends etc

How so? Seems to me they're using the term "awareness" with a standard definition (without any inherent political bias). Unless being nice is a "woke value"? Which I assume most conservatives would refute.
