What they call the 'awareness' criterion is a euphemism for woke values. As is their description of the 'niceness' criterion.

The focus on +niceness is a poor idea even if you cld judge it accurately. See, for instance, Paul Blooms book. If you want a trait in the same vein, but better, try trustworthiness or some other ethical trait. Ethics and niceness have only a passing acquaintance.

BTW - my point is that there is actually benefit to ppl who aren’t too nice. They tend to be the truth tellers, the ones not blinded by empathy. And too oft niceness is mistakenly assumed 2be a good proxy for ethics. All in all probably want a mix of ‘niceness’ wo sheer jerks
