Most psych 'theories' historically could be understood by a clever 10th grader in about 10 minutes. Evolutionary psych requires several years of studying evolution, genetics, animal behavior, anthropology, etc. Most critics literally don't understand what they're criticizing.pic.twitter.com/Z4Kfuaus3m

If Darwin was right (and a majority of scientists today are wrong) about the evolution of beauty and its implication regarding sexual selection as independent of natural selection, I love what this means for evo-psych. I hope this is in that conversation.
