Are there any good data for the U.S. on (1) the % of all income that's earned by males v. females (2) the % of all consumer spending that's done by males v. females?

That's pretty hard to measure. If a woman buys fancy underwear, is that to benefit her, or her SO? If a guy buys a big tv to watch sports, and the woman also uses it for rom-coms, who does the tv "benefit"?
I'm just interested in the principal decision-making -- the one that advertisers try to target, for example -- whoever the beneficiaries of the purchase are.
