It's not pretty obvious. They have a rocket planned mostly still on paper, but so do others. They lack funding for anything of that scale, plus they never landed anything on the Moon or Mars yet, haven't even refueled in orbit or sent a person to space.

They are bending metal, and may even be winding fiber at this point (they have a 9m mandrel on site already) on BFR. I’m not convinced at all about Mars colonization, but they are moving forward on transportation to space.
