The trait set required for a high GPA includes high IQ, conscientiousness, & emotional stability -- which are also 3 out of the Central Six traits that best predict job performance, relationship satisfaction, and general success in life. I'd be amazed if you didn't agree....
Interesting that @David_S_Wilson spoke of a skillset but @primalpoly answered referring to a trait set. Why is that? Different ideological assumptions about how the qualities needed to get through college are learned v innate elements of personality?
