Worth reading like Marx is worth reading, but I feel like both have done terrible, in some ways irreparable damage to our culture and society. Am I wrong in thinking this?
It's possible for a speaker to have a hugely negative influence, but still be worth reading to understand how that influence has worked. And, in Foucault's case, I think there's a version of some of his insights that could be updated to have a more positive impact.

Nevertheless, anything worthwhile in Foucault is almost infinitely better said by Neitzsche/Mill, and explained most clearly with respect to practical political economy by the 20th century liberals like Hayek.
