Janus is one of those cases that was so obviously decided correctly that the liberal complaint “if only we had Garland” is both a massive self-own and an unintended insult to Garland’s supposed moderation.

Also ppl who don’t know the difference between public and private unions and how that affects compelled speech and public corruption should sit this one out. (Sadly that seems to include a couple of the liberal Justices.)
