Help me out then. What evidence would lead you to change your mind that women and minorities are being driven out of science by aspies being awkward or rude? Or is it an unfalsifiable hunch based on anecdotes?

Again, that’s not what I said. That piece is about bad behaviour more broadly. I have direct experience of this myself, as do many others

I’m not disagreeing with you that we need to accomodate neurodiversity, I’m saying that bad behaviour (including rudeness, inappropriate comments etc) also comes at a cost that needs to be considered.
