So capitalism would ideally just outsource the DMV and TSA.. workers pay would fall and service would improve in the first few quarters; then management would start back slapping and giving themselves bonuses, moral would fall, jobs would be cut, service would fall..

Then “independent”consultants would be brought in to address the issues and a recommendation would be made to outsource the majority of the work to developing countries, the subsequent cost savings would be eaten up by a new round of bonuses for the great work done by management

Capitalism, Socialism, Fascism and Communism are all just updated versions of Feudalism. For a real alternative, try a gift economy instead, what Humans used for the majority of their existence.
