Why are people acting like its some miracle cure? It helps, yes. But there are real people suffering with genuine suicidal thoughts and depression and its majorly dismissive to just say people who are depressed arent listening. This is unbelievably untrue.

a lot of psychologists and psychiatrists have very likely suggested simple things but have attributed improvements to their more abstract theoretical conversations. A good book in following that up I think.
