Is there good data on who watches beauty pageants? I’m guessing it’s now mostly women. In recent years, #MissAmerica aired during Sunday Night Football. Suggests it may be niche female programming.
I've asked undergrads in my human sexuality class about beauty pageants. The guys are like, 'Why would we watch Miss America when there are the AVN Awards? What are we, 75?'

Why would they watch the AVN Awards, there's much easier ways to admire better looking women who aren't all plastic!
