In general I think we overestimate the benefits of redistributing corporate ownership, and underestimate the benefits of redistributing land. I guess this makes me a Georgist.

You don‘t understand what Georgism is & somehow think it is related to feudalism. It is the opposite, since it calls for land rent to be shared publicly rather than seized by a monarch- and it taxes away the potential for private monarchs to develop.

In fact, if you would read about it, you find it to your liking if what you want is a „LP with UBI“- which I have seen you claim you want. Taxing land value allows us to eliminate taxes that steal people‘s wages and capital gains. Progress and Poverty, look it up.
