Curious, why do you say this? I think in general jail is for dangerous people. Not necessarily stupid people.
You think she wasn't a danger to her investors? People who lost their pensions?

Fair point, but all of us with pensions are made aware that those pensions can go away. I’m not unsympathetic to this, but buyer beware and due diligence is incumbent upon the investors. Also, I’m not a troll, love your book, and am honored you responded.
