It could start a trend: If @JeffBezos, @BillGates, and others made a distinction between their presentation houses, which are 30,000 sq. feet, and the houses where they and their families actually live, which would perfect gems for the way they live, but 6,000 sq. ft. Seemly.
Also, they need to differentiate between their 300' party yacht and their 60' family hydrofoil.
