I'm a teacher graduated 6 years ago. We learnt postmodernist soc. jus. horseshit. I can expand on that if you want. I'm still trying to convince fellow English teachers that their "common sense" knowledge of how students learn to read and write is actually reheated Rousseau.

I've been trying to get Sam Harris to talk about this for years and interview an actual science/evidence-based education scholar. It's arguably a bigger issue long term than anything else he talks about.
