It's quite low(in my school), most of the students care more about their boyfriend/girlfriend, or mobile games, instead of their studies.

It’s quite low. UK undergrad is more about complying - hoop jumping. If they are still there in the 3rd year the percentage goes up a tier. Anyway subject knowledge has been supplanted by “transferable skills” which can’t help matters...
