Radical idea: Suppose Americans actually trusted democracy for once, and we had a year of binding popular referendums on some key issues that politicians can't seem to resolve. What propositions should we vote on?

Inevitably we will soon have a RoboPOTUS. Although the POTUS can communicate to citizens directly we can not individually converse with him or her in order to have our interests addressed. Only computers can scale to the level of personal interactions with every citizen.
