Note that JY’s complaints are not settled yet. Some notable parts of the decision document:

Tribunal agreed JY being harassed or a target of hate appears unrelated to HRT complaint; instead related to “communications” published online i.e. pedophile tampon fetish comments. JY told tribunal there is “nothing inappropriate” about these comments. (WTF?!)pic.twitter.com/onWzBBFau2

Tribunal makes references to genital waxing as “gender affirming”, even “critical gender affirming care”, while “sometimes” the women doing the waxing are also vulnerable. (Women don’t exist to validate your ID & should never be forced to touch genitals against their will! F*ck!)pic.twitter.com/GTrjpYG0vo

Tribunal “troubled” by JY’s comments about “racialized” women and immigrants but cannot find JY is motivated by racism (or financial gain).pic.twitter.com/NJwva4F9sH

Tribunal found JY acted improperly by filing & withdrawing as soon as complainants mounted defence—suggests no interest in addressing the issue w/an HRT ruling. (Incl. new one after withdrawing another.) Must pay $150 to one complainant. Tribunal says the issue is “important”.pic.twitter.com/TxctYMhGFt

Also noted Oger v. Whatcott already being referenced in decision making. Here’s the link to the whole document, which contains even more horrifying tidbits I didn’t address here: http://www.bchrt.gov.bc.ca/shareddocs/decisions/2019/may/106_JY_v_Various_Waxing_Salons_2019_BCHRT_106.pdf …

If you weren’t already convinced of what a joke Canadian Human Rights Tribunals are, surely this will change your mind. Women should start filing en masse for the everyday sh*t we put up with because we are female.

What I find interesting in this decision is that JY made racial allegations about the defendants lawyer & that there is no mention (unless I missed it) of
#waxmyballs contacting the tribunal judge directly, not during any proceedings If this was a real court & not -
an administrative tribunal, there would have been real consequences not a $150 slap on the wrist Also I believe since the complainant has publically referenced their name in relation to the case & taken credit on SM, the publication ban should have been lifted

This really confirms my suspicions that WMBYaniv is a autogynephile misogynist incel. They seem to take exceptional delight in harassing female aestheticians instead of going to a men's spa to get the work done. A repugnant individual on so many levels.
