Last year, I got terribly burnt out. This is how it went
Things were slow at first. I was sad and unmotivated
We began work on a pivot and everything was extremely exciting again
I dropped all my hobbies because I wanted to do nothing but work
We hit our deadlines

My work could suck, and I could have an unproductive day, or a bad customer call, but that won't affect my mood. There are a lot of things that make me happy and I can still enjoy the other things - work is important, but it's just that. The important thing is knowing, in the end, everything will turn out okay no matter what happens
