Absolutely! I believe in limited exclusions where it can be demonstrated that it’s necessary (e.g. mentally ill, inside courtrooms, etc.). Knee jerk or politically motivated limits not allowed.

Some people live in areas where gun ownership increases safety, and others live where gun ownership reduces safety. A uniform federal law for all is not available. Unwillingness to reduce one's safety to increase another's safety prevents universal agreement

I am curious. Can you name a couple of places where owning a gun (and following proper safety practices) makes you less safe? Not being snarky. I just can’t think of any (places where the government makes it illegal don’t count!).
