This is why I have such a problem with blanket minimum wages, corporations like home Depot and Walmart have employees making the same wage as local restaurants with far different margins. The business tax code should be incentivized to benefit those companies that grow community.

Absolutely, I ran a Pizza hut for several years and did the math based on record sales and a 15 dollar per hour wage with no new increases in business or cost hikes and that particular store became unprofitable. That's was at 16% PFO.
