Is it because if student asked a simple question but can't answer, parents might not want to continue throwing $$ down the rathole?

Actually, my little cob, I feel I owe it to whoever talks to you in the future to help you be less boring. So two tips: 1. A list of logical fallacies is no replacement for internal consistency and rational arguments. In fact, relying on fallacies is the fallacy fallacy.
-
2. If you are going to use fallacies instead of having actual arguments, at least learn what they are before you use them. "Ad hominem" doesn't just mean "you insulted me." Claiming that something is unjustified censorship is a positive claim that need to be defended.

So private organizations aren't free to do what they want on land they "own"? Comrade, are you finally realizing we should abolish private property?

Under capitalism, aren't public schools organizations that own the land they are on? Aren't they free to protect their property and choose who is allowed on it? If you don't think schools can declare someone a trespasser, what about stores? What distinction do you draw?

I don't think you understand how "state land" works. Or rather, you don't notice your blatant hypocrisy. The classrooms are still on state land. Yet you let the organization that controls the land to decide who is and isn't allowed there.

"Open to the public" doesn't mean they can't restrict access. Again, do you think stores are allowed to block people from entering?

Stores are open to the public. Yet they can block disruptive people causing problems from being on the land they control. So why can't schools? Your ideology is inconsistent.
